TSHA is excited to host the 2025 Annual Meeting at the Henry B. González Convention Center located at 900 E. Market Street San Antonio, Texas 78205.

Room blocks with special rates are avaliable at each of the following hotels in the area. Please note that your conference registration does not include a hotel room. Hotel reservations must be made separately. Please book your hotel stay using the links below to lock in TSHA's special pricing. 

We anticipate that hotel rooms will fill quickly because of Fiesta activities the same week. We recommend booking early. The TSHA blocks will be reserved until March 25 or until rooms sell out, whichever comes first.

Hilton Palacio del Rio

The Hilton Palacio del Rio is approximately 9.4 miles (13-minute drive) from the San Antonio International Airport. It is a 6-minute walk or 4-minute drive from the Henry B. González Convention Center.

Hyatt Regency San Antonio Riverwalk

123 Losoya Street San Antonio, TX 78205 Standard Room Rate: $255 per night + tax and fees. Room Rate Inclusions: Complimentary Wireless internet in all guestrooms. 10% discount on self-parking for all overnight guests.
