Booking Deadline for all hotels: Tuesday, March 25, 2025, or until our room types sell out our (whichever comes first). After this date, reservations will be accepted by the hotel based on availability and at the hotel's prevailing rate.
Hotels Cancellation Policy: A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax will be processed at the time of booking. Deposit will be refundable if notice of cancellation is given to the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival.
