Room blocks with special rates are available at each of the following hotels in the area. Please note that your conference registration does not include a hotel room. Hotel reservations must be made separately. Please book your hotel stay using the links below to lock in TSHA's special pricing. 

We anticipate that hotel rooms will fill quickly because of Fiesta activities the same week. We recommend booking early. The TSHA blocks will be reserved until rooms sell out.

How to Secure a Room Reservation: To book your hotel reservation, reserve your room online. Rooms are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: A deposit equal to one night’s room and tax will be processed at the time of booking. Deposit will be refundable if notice of cancellation is given to the hotel at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

The Hyatt Regency is a 9-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the Henry B. González Convention Center.

Airport Information: TSHA recommends flying into the San Antonio International Airport. The hotels are approximately 9 miles from the airport.
