TSHA 2025 Scholarship Application

We are pleased to offer ten scholarships to students and five scholarships to current members to cover the cost of Convention registration fees. All students and professional members are welcome to apply by 11:59 p.m. CT on Friday, January 31, 2025.

Registration Options

Full Conference – This option includes access to all live programming including keynote and education sessions and exhibit hall access. There is an additional fee for Master Classes. Pricing will be automatically calculated based on your current membership status. If you are a student member or student non-member, the discount will be applied in your cart. Please note that students are not eligible to earn CE credits. Please read on for instructions to register as a student with CE credits.

If you are a student member or student non-member and wish to receive CE credit for attending TSHA 2025, you must register under the “Full Conference” registration category and add-on the “CE Credit Add On for TSHA 2025” to your order. This product will be available on the merchandise page of the registration form. Please reach out to registration@txsha.org for any questions.

One Day – If you are only able to attend for a single day, you may select this option. You may not add more than (1) one day badge to your registration.

Exhibitor – Only contracted exhibitors should select this option. All other attendees should select the Full Conference or One Day options.

Please note: The Exhibit Hall Only pass does not grant access to educational sessions or other conference programming beyond the Exhibit Hall. If you are an exhibitor at this year’s convention and wish to attend and/or receive CE credit for educational sessions at TSHA 2025, you must purchase the Exhibitor Full Conference registration for those days.

Payment Options

Methods of Payment Accepted: credit card and check

Purchase Orders (POs): TSHA does not accept purchase orders. However, you can easily pay with a check payment for your registration or a group of registrations. Each attendee must first register through the online form and select "Bill Me" at checkout. This step will create an invoice that can be used to complete payment via check and/or shared with a third party/employer to complete payment. When you select "Bill Me" a "Copy to:" option will appear which will allow you to input an additional email address to receive a copy of your invoice. You will receive a copy of your invoice via email. You can also print or download this invoice from the "Orders" tab on your TSHA account.  Please include a copy of the invoice(s) and/or note the invoice numbers affiliated with your check payment when mailing the check. Failure to include this information will result in delayed processing and payment approval, and thus access to TSHA 2025.

Cancellation Policy

Requests for cancellations (by email to registration@txsha.org) must be received by April 1, 2025, in order to receive a 75% refund (25% is taken as a processing fee). No refunds will be given after April 1, 2025. All refunds will be processed following the 2025 TSHA Annual Convention. TSHA is not responsible for any airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants. Speakers are subject to change without notice.
