University Tailgate Games
The Tailgate will be held from 1:30 p.m. - 2:30 p.m. in the Exhibit Hall. Undergraduate and graduate students get the opportunity to play games, have fun, and win prizes.

Praxis Bowl
The Praxis Bowl will be held from 3:30 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. on Friday, May 2 and is free to all registered student attendees. Each University can have one team comprised of three graduate students, one alternate (optional), and one faculty representative.

Registration Options
Full Conference – This option includes access to all live programming including keynote and education sessions and exhibit hall access. There is an additional fee for Master Classes. Pricing will be automatically calculated based on your current membership status. If you are a student member or student non-member, the discount will be applied in your cart. Please note that students are not eligible to earn CE credits. Please read on for instructions to register as a student with CE credits.
If you are a student member or student non-member and wish to receive CE credit for attending TSHA 2025, you must register under the “Full Conference” registration category and add-on the “CE Credit Add On for TSHA 2025” to your order. This product will be available on the merchandise page of the registration form. Please reach out to registration@txsha.org for any questions.
Scholarships
This year, TSHA will award two different scholarships to assist in facilitating attendance to the annual convention. Scholarships will be applied toward convention registration.
To apply for a TSHA 2025 Scholarship, applicants must complete the application linked below, which includes submitting a statement addressing how attending the TSHA convention will further their professional development.
The TSHA 2025 Scholarship Applications will remain open through 11:59 pm CT on Friday, January 31, 2025.

Recipient Expectations
TSHA 2025 Scholarship recipients will be expected to meet onsite for a photo. Following TSHA 2025, scholarship recipients will be required to submit a headshot, a copy of their CEU log following convention (TSHA Member Scholarship recipients), and a meaningful statement reflecting on the recipient’s favorite part of the convention and/or how their professional practice was advanced. This statement may be used in the Communicologist and for the promotion of future convention scholarship opportunities.
