I took on this position in 2020. As the education manager, I oversee all things education-related. I provide best practices for content development, virtual learning, evaluation and assessment, strategic planning, volunteer management, and project management. The Program Committee has called me the “bus driver” of TSHA’s Annual Convention. I make sure we are on track and keeping the bus to the finish line while, of course, making sure we have a few giggles and laughs along the way.
What is the most rewarding part of the job for you?
To see the progress TSHA has made in these last few years. Instead of just rinse-and-repeat, we are having crucial conversations and making sure we are meeting the needs of our attendees and members. It’s extremely rewarding to see everything come together at the Convention!
